An engaging exploration in personal leadership development using data from DISC assessments.  Team members review and discuss their DISC assessments and create communication plans to increase their leadership effectiveness.

A colorful conversation highlighting wellness as an essential element in life and career planning.  The participants tap into their artistic side as they develop action plans to navigate their career journey incorporating techniques to enhance wellness and experience a holistic life.

The strategic inclusion planning series supports organizations in the development of an operational plan to increase the cultural competency of their leadership team.  The sessions include assessments, organizational scans, in-depth conversations, brainstorming, and an occasional opportunity to color.  The operational plan contains the organization's goals, plan, and metrics.

The inclusive community interactive session exams how individual and community identities are created.  It also explores organizational systems, barriers to inclusion, team communication and concludes with individual and/or team action plans to foster an inclusive community.

An interactive series designed to explore leadership development through an equity and inclusion lens and include activities to examine participants' leadership qualities and to develop an action plan to increase one's personal cultural competency. 

Mothers are children's first teachers.  We will engage in two interactive workshops to explore how we as mothers can create inclusive communities in light of the racial climate of America.  After attending the workshop, you will have a plan of action for talking and engaging with your children and community about inclusion.
